• Ticket range and preferred deal structure.
• Singapore operating plan and handover capacity.
• Adviser details, if any, and expected closing timeline.

Conduct

• No direct contact with a seller’s staff, customers, suppliers, or landlord without written consent.
• No forwarding of private materials outside approved advisers.
• Access can be revoked for leakage, misrepresentation, or process breach.
